Community membership is offered on a flexible, month-to-month basis — no long-term commitment required. Hourly office rentals are available for community members, subject to availability.
If you're renting office space, we do require a standard longer-term lease agreement (typically 12 months). This helps us create stability for everyone using the space. We’re happy to walk you through the lease terms and make sure they’re a good fit for your needs.

Full-time offices are offered unfurnished so you can design a space that truly reflects your work and your clients’ needs. You're welcome to bring your own furnishings and décor to make it feel like home.
If you’d prefer a furnished setup, we may have extra chairs, lamps, or small pieces available upon request — just let us know what you need.
Part-time and hourly spaces are furnished with comfortable, modern basics so you can show up and do your work with ease.
